It is always a madhouse here. The lines are long and the other shoppers can be very rude. If you have a cart, put something inside it and KEEP AN EYE ON IT. If I take my gaze off my cart for 30 seconds it gets stolen.

When I first moved to the area, I found getting into their parking lot to be very challenging. I had a hard time figuring out how to get in there. Once I got that solved, this Target is decent and the people were above-average.
